What we process

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Why we process it

Inquiry data is used to respond to you and to prepare a possible engagement. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and available.

Legal bases

Inquiries: steps prior to entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Server logs: legitimate interest in a secure service, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processors

Site hosting (Hostinger) and form delivery (Formspark). We use no analytics, no cookies, and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are retained per the hosting provider's standard schedule.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email jferre@ferretorres.eu.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
